Fees

I have a fee scale depending on your income but can negotiate with you a fee that you can afford. If you live in New Zealand you may be eligible for assistance through a WINZ disability allowance.

How long are your appointments

Normally appointments are 50 minutes.

What are your appointment hours?

I offer flexible times and evening appointments are possible.

How many appointments will I need?

Some clients are satisfied after one appointment while others may need several appointments or longer term support.

Confidentiality

What you discuss with me in an appointment is in confidence. I will discuss fully the topic of confidentiality with you in your first appointment.

Where will my appointments be?

That depends on whether you want face-to-face counselling or online counselling. Currently I offer face to face counselling at my offices in North Loburn or Rangiora. If you want online coaching and counselling you just need access to the internet.

How are you qualified?

I have a Diploma in Counselling and have worked with hundreds of clients at a major Christchurch City counselling agency for four years. I am a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I am also qualified for online counselling through studies at the Auckland Institute of Technology.
